New 2014 Policy Changes

 Hey there, friends!

I know I don't blog enough.  Hopefully, I can change that this year.  Since the first day of 2014, I've been trying to work out some new systems that is going to make it easier when it comes to working with KSP for your portraiture needs.  So, I've made a few changes that I want you all to be aware of. Nothing too drastic, or scary, but something that will help both of us.  Here's a list:

1. Easy to view and print contracts -- every client needs one, this is just an easy way to keep track of them.

2. New payment plans --  you now have two brand spanking new options to choose from when it comes to paying for your portraits.  A note to this will be that no product can leave the studio without being paid for 100%.

3. Pricing adjustments -- some pricing went down, some went up. All-in-all, the pricing stayed about the same.  I tried to make it as easy and economical as possible so that there isn't sticker shock and both you and I are satisfied with the end cost and product.  There was also a new level of spending that was added to the senior and family & children levels.  You now have another opportunity to walk away with free product and spend a little less while doing it! Yay!

4. Order Session procedures -- this one was a little tricky. It seems once stopping proof books, some people were a little resistant to change. The new way to order is to come in, view, and pay at least a small portion that day.  It's much easier to keep track of everything if we don't have to make multiple appointments for your ordering sessions. To aid in this, there will be a $25.00 additional charge for each viewing session and each additional gallery that needs to be uploaded if you cannot make a decision on your initial session premiere viewing appointment.  Along these same lines, if you do not show for a viewing appointment without calling or letting me know, there is a $50 charge.

Hopefully some of these small changes will help both client and photographer.

Stay warm, my friends.
