This sweet girl has been in my life for over 7 years now. She’s funny, kind, beautiful and has the best laugh. I’m probably pretty biased, considering she’s my oldest niece, but that doesn’t make my words any less true. I’ve seen her grow from this tiny little pre-teen to this wonderful girl who is about to spread her wings and go off to college. We are so, so proud of her and all of the things she is going to do with her bright future. Love you so much, Tay!
For Taylor’s first session, we took them at the pool she’s been a lifeguard at for the past few summers. I’ve done tons of sports sessions, so it was fun and different to be able to capture a hobby/passion that wasn’t the regular run of the mill sports.
For her main session, we traveled out to the Black Hills and explored some of our favorite spots. Every year, we go to the hills as a family, rent a cabin, ride side by sides and spend time together unplugged. We probably won’t talk about how cold that stream was but she was such a trooper to honor her late basketball coach.
For her sports session, we used the gym that she’s played countless games in through her high school career. It was so beautiful to see all of her sessions come together to tell the story of who she is through her high school years. Enjoy a few (or more than a few) of our favorites.
